The sustainability of the home is further enhanced with an efficient thermal envelope and solar panels to the south facing roofs. A dramatic splayed brick double height entrance bay extends through two storeys, incorporating a full-height window that frames the staircase as a central feature of the home. Elsewhere, thoughtfully integrated combinations of rooflights and windows allow floor to ceiling glazing to all first floor bedrooms, enhancing the quality of every room.
